Yes, we are Stronger Together! We want you to grab your partner, your bff, or your family member and get them to join you in this program. It’s intense, it’s challenging, but you’ll be pushing each other and finish strong! Some of the classes will feature partner workouts, but if you don’t have a partner, don't worry, you can also complete the workouts on your own.
