Metabolic Conditioning combines both cardio and resistance training in the same workout to maximise calorie burn during and even after the workout ends. It alternates upper and lower body moves as well as high-intensity and lower-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. It’s a challenging total body routine that will help you lose weight quicker!
